DESCRIPTION
AVCEM Super – N-PLAST is a ligno Sulphonate based normal plasticiser cum water reducer;
confirming to IS: 9103-1999 andASTM C494 Type A.
USES
AVCEM Super -N-Plast is recommended for use in concrete, floor slabs, foundations, columns, beams, & pavements.
ADVANTAGES
AVCEM Super -N-Plast is a low cost water reducer, which can be used to get one or a combination of benefits:
- As a water reducer, Reduction in W/C ratio increases strength and maintain workability. AVCEM Super -N-Plast maintains the workability and reduces permiability.
- As a workability aid increased workability can be achieved by using AVCEM Super -N- Plast for a given water cement ratio which will increase the flow characteristic of the concrete leading to easy placement, compaction and finishing.
- Reduction of cement content: AVCEM Super -N-Plast can be used to reduce cement content upto 8to10% by maintaining the original strength specified and workability and reducing the
water content required for the given mix.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
The optimum dose depends on type of mix, grade of concrete, cement content and the desired workability. As a guidest is added with the mixing water prior to its addition to wet aggregate cement mix. @ 0.3% to 0.5% by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required. It is compatible with all types of Portland cement.

18 months from the date of manufacture. Should be stored in a cool and dry place.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
AVCEM Super-N-Plast is non-toxic and ingestion is to be avoided. Any splashes to the skin must be washed with water. If contact with eyes occur, wash well immediately with water and seek medical advice.
